About César Hernández

César founded Medium Rare in 2015.

A curious thinker at heart, his main role is to analyze data and trends to gather powerful insights and applying them to excel business and marketing objectives. His experience ranges many industries, including food & beverage, CPG, banking, hospitality, retail and technology.

His unique world-view gives him a creative understanding of how to reach different cultures and age groups. César has created and implemented marketing programs (including media planning, creative, social media, email, research, on and off-premise programs) for Nike, HP, Loews Hotels & Resorts, Rioja Wines, Smirnoff, Johnnie Walker Red Label, New Wines of Greece, Wines From Santorini and Wines of Romania, and many more.

Prior to establishing Medium Rare, César was the director of strategic planning at Catch New York, senior strategist at Futureshift and a consultant at Interbrand. 

He's a husband, father, and terrible joke teller. From time to time, he may even sing karaoke.
